Weigh In 1
Having young kids the days of lazy Sunday mornings are behind us. Usually though I do try to stay in bed a little bit longer.
Not this morning though. I couldn’t wait to get up. Sad, but true!
For today is weigh in day!
I could tell I’d lost some weight, I wasn’t feeling as bloated. So what was I expecting? Maybe 3 or 4 pounds?
I’m delighted to report I surpassed my expectations. I’ve lost HALF a STONE!
I’m now down to 14 stone and 1 pound.
Long way to go but what a boost. Following the Scottish Slimmer diet has been relatively easy. If anything I need to eat a bit more.
At the start of previous diets I’ve lost quite a bit in the first few weeks. But I have to be prepared for weeks where I lose a pound or two only.
I just need to follow the plan and add a bit more excercise.
